Positief: Netheid, voorzieningen en staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
The room was awesome and the desk personnel were polite and gracious. The one thing that really bothered me was I was told I only had a one night reservation. I had called on Thursday, 1/8/26 to ask if my room reservations were set to go. The girl said one night and I said no, 2 nights. She said ok and when I showed up it was told me I had one night again. I said no I spoke with someone yesterday and told her I had booked 2 nights, the 9th and 10th. I stayed Friday night. While at a family event I received a call at 1:58pm from a woman at The Hampton Inn who said I was supposed to have checked out. I repeated that I have told everyone my reservation said for Friday and Saturday! She said, just come to the desk when you get back in. When I returned around 6:30pm I was told I had to move to another room! I asked why, no real response. The girl just shrugged. No one helped me move and the girl didn't want to say much. I don't know whose mistake it was but it popped my happy bubble for a good while there. I'd still come back as I really like the place and everyone was polite but this had better not happen again without a good explanation.
