The furniture felt old and overused. The mattresses needto be updated. Damage to doors. The hot tub was a messwhen we got there, it got fixed after 3 days due to the weekend. Location was good for us. Quiet neighborhood, but not in the best neighborhood.

Great Stay

We loved the house and how well it was equipped with everything we needed for the week. Our pup loved the big backyard and made some new dog friends while we were there. Everything was almost perfect. I think the only suggestion I would add is to place a fan in the primary bedroom because it was warm in that room. Thanks for making our stay nice!

Pictures are very deceiving

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Let’s start with the house looked nothing like it does on the website. It looks bright and clean when in fact it is very dark and dingy. The color of the floors in the picture are not the same color that they actually are. The dark bed linens do not help with this either. The couch was torn and so dirty looking I had to put a sheet over it just so we felt somewhat comfortable sitting on it. The floors were filthy, mine and my son's socks were black from walking around in them. (I have pictures) After his dad took a shower and walked from the bathroom to the bedroom he had to go back and wash his feet off before he could even put his socks on. There were some sort of opened Mexican seeds and chilis in one of the kitchen drawers. All of the glasses were cloudy and splotchy, there was some types of crumbs or something in a bowl in the cabinet. The coffee pot had not been washed. There was some sort of greasy film all over the island, and the inside of the refrigerator had dried food or condiment leakage in the shelves on the doors and there was some brown liquid in the bottom. We didn't eat one meal there because it was just gross at that point. I did put a water bowl in the dishwasher and when I opened it it was full of pots and pans. I threw a pod in and started it. There were no towels for the hot tub (we didn't use anyway because of the condition of the house we didn't feel comfortable getting in) and there were only a total of 6 towels in the entire house. When I called about this they did send more. The issue with the A/C was frustrating but at that point we had just given up. Given the clean fees charged for this house I was shocked at how bad it was.
