This property was great. It was clean with easy check in and out processes. The place was very well equipped. The bed was comfortable, as well. It was great for two people. The bathroom and shower are small, but it wasn’t an issue for us. The neighborhood was okay, too. Our host was responsive and helped me work through some booking issues. I’d stay here again.

Lovely home, cleanliness was 3/5, host was great in the beginning. Home did NOT have heat that was consistent, it was snowing & it was cold in the house, also the heat was turning on & off but worked when on. I contacted the host about snow removal for the property (My check out was the day after the snow storm) unfamiliar with the location I wasn’t sure how or if I’d get plowed out. (I left before the plowing happened) but I never got a response, but the day of check out, I was told how to do so & no acknowledgment to my initial question or concern for my safety. Also, when the next door tenants had a child that was crying half of the night, I had absolutely no complaints, but then was addressed by the host stating “I need to respect the quiet time hours” when two songs were played to celebrate my birthday because of the crying. Never once asked or addressed as an adult, but told what I “needed” to do. Overall it would be better to visit in the summer.

Quick stay

This place was perfect for my quick stay in Greenville for a wedding. The place was clean and had more than enough space for 2 people. Upon entering the house, you are in the living room; if you keep walking straight you are in the kitchen. If you keep going you will enter the bedroom which had enough space to unfold suitcases and keep your things. The bathroom was fairly small, however it worked for what I needed! Over all this was a good stay and I would consider this place again! It was 7-9 minutes from downtown.

Non-Responsive Host

The price was good for this property and the place was clean. When it was time to go to bed, we noticed that although the property posted to sleep three, someone needed to sleep on the couch to do so. There was no pullout bed in the couch. When we went to get our 10-year-old ready for bed on the couch, we also noticed there were no sheets or blankets or pillow case. We contacted the property via the app since we did not have a phone number and let him know the problem. There was no response for a while and then he emailed back and eventually said if they’re not there, someone must’ve stolen them and then he would bring some the next day. He did not deliver anything, and although I made several attempts, he never returned any other message. The only other correspondence we had with him seem to be automated Text to the app about checkout procedures, etc. I found this property manager callous and unresponsive. It would not recommend this place. In terms of the aesthetics, the neighborhood was not great either, but the neighbors were friendly enough. The walls are also thin and we could hear conversations going on in the other apartment next to us..

Romantic hideaway

Exactly as advertised. Fully appointed kitchen. Not really set up for children but plenty of room for a pack-n-play. Wi-fi was great and the bed was very nice. The owner was available and exceptionally accommodating.

Perfect clean comfortable little home

First off, I have to talk about how clean this house was. Every thing looked incredible at check in. Beautiful flooring and cute accents all over the house. With the automatic lock system and ring doorbell, I felt incredibly safe during our stay. The neighborhood had a lot of cool updated houses as well. The owner is also extremely attentive and so easy to communicate. I would 100% recommend staying here if you’re looking at it. So happy I chose it!
