Bedankt voor het overwegen van een bezoek aan ons huis!

Ons huis is een onlangs gerenoveerde, professioneel ingerichte woning met 3 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers met een bonus 4e slaapkamer / speelkamer en studeerkamer. Het is een ruime 2200 vierkante voet met een grote open tuin op een rustige hoek veel. Gemakkelijk bereikbaar voor het centrum (minder dan 4 mijl), Haywood Mall (2,5 km), Bob Jones University (1,5 km), Furman University (9 mijl) en vele andere attracties in de omgeving. Supermarkten, restaurants en andere gemakken binnen enkele minuten van ons huis.

Slaapkamer 2: Queen bed, kaptafel, zeer ruim
Slaapkamer 3: tweepersoonsbed, kaptafel

Mooie, grote woonkamer bevat tv en veel zitplaatsen.

Eetkamer met koffie station en lokaal gemaakte boerderij tafel die gemakkelijk 10 plus stoelen.

Waskast met nieuwe wasmachine en droger, strijkijzer, strijkplank en andere benodigdheden.

Hal bad is ruim en onlangs gerenoveerd.

Wow! The house was in a quiet yet convenient location to downtown Greenville, was incredibly clean, so well maintained, comfortable, and beautiful. The care and detail in every room, from the number of plates and glasses to the extra pillows, games, books, extra pillows and blankets…this was one of the best experiences we have had at a home away from home. I cannot recommend this property enough!

Perfect Stay in a Peaceful Neighborhood - 10/10

If you’re looking for a place in a quiet neighborhood that’s close to everything but still far enough from the hustle and traffic, this is the perfect spot. The property features a large, well-maintained yard and a long driveway with ample parking space.The ranch-style home is extremely comfortable, perfectly remodeled/decorated, and impeccably clean. The beds were all very cozy—including the daybed in the game room, which was surprisingly comfortable! The bathrooms were clean and well-appointed, and there were plenty of thoughtful amenities provided. We especially appreciated the plush towels, soft sheets, and comfy pillows.The owners were a pleasure to work with—very responsive and helpful whenever we had a question.I highly recommend this rental and give it a solid 10 out of 10! If in the area, I will try to stay here again.

Great Neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay. The bed was wonderful, and the fully equipped kitchen let us make breakfast every morning. I made use of the Keurig too! The couch is comfy for lounging in the evening watching TV and the neighborhood is very quiet and safe.

Lovely home with plenty of space

We were pleasantly surprised - the house looks even better than the pictures! It's spacious and decorated beautifully. There was lots of seating and TVs, and I slept really well on the king bed! The home was very clean and had everything we needed. I even enjoyed coloring a little bit in the coloring books that were available in the office. :) I would say the only thing that could be improved is the backyard patio - there's a grill but the table and chairs aren't very comfortable. Also, just a warning - if anyone in your party is physically disabled, the driveway is very slanted (but no steps to get into the house so that might help!). All in all, we had a wonderful stay and would rent this home again in the future.

The house is great! The listing photos don’t do it justice. It was great having two loving areas so we could have the grandkids over to visit and we could spread out. The dining table seats 10, which was a plus. Very clean, well-furnished and decorated, separate coffee bar, toys, books, puzzles - had something to keep everybody busy in the evenings. Great home!

We were very pleased with our stay at this property! In fact, given the choice, my youngest teenager would like to move in permanently! There was plenty of space to spread out and with a large family we were all able to eat together at the large dining table. Cooking was a joy with all of the necessary cookware/utensils already there! Beds were comfy and all rooms were very clean including the bathrooms. We look forward to using this home again when we come back to visit!!
