'delightful house on a very mellow street. super easy access to downtown, a grocery store close, beautiful backyard for the dog, lovely kitchen. i was in town for my anniversary week and my partner and i enjoyed the stay very much. hosts were helpful and communicative, the house was exactly as described and we literally had zero issues. i have no problem recommending this house strongly! '

'This apartment is awesome! Very comfortable and clean. Modern and every amenity has been thoughtfully provided. I do recommend this apartment. My only issue was this: 1. The heat/ac system (or something like it) runs very loudly and often. And it’s right in the bedroom I slept in. If you are a light sleeper it may be an issue. For me it was just annoying. 2. I was there during a cold snap and the heat worked, but I still felt cold. For a weekend visit it was very enjoyable. I’ll gladly stay here...

'First and foremost Amanda and her co-host Jake are very welcoming, nice, and professional! The unit was nice and clean, the location was nice, quiet, and convenient to stores(Walmart, Publix, CVS, etc.) If I had one small very minor complaint it would be the speed of the wi-fi while trying to watch movies/shows on Netflix it would stop and give a slow internet speed message so had to keep reconnecting a few times but other than that it was GREAT! I will definitely rebook again if I come stay in...
