'We stayed in this hotel once, booked using my Marriott account, with no problem. It was our first time to use Expedia to book this hotel for just one night. The check out statement showed zero balance, but two days later our credit card was charged for $21.43 with no reason. And the hotel does not respond to my message. Very suspicious! I am going to dispute this charge with my credit card company.'

'where to start the sheets were thread bare you could actually see.through them.The towels were the same. My card to get into the building and room rarely worked without going back to the desk to get it reset.
Breakfast consist of mostly things in a Continental breakfast not a hot breakfast. The hotel is not in a good neighborhood,lots of homeless walking around.'

'The staff were polite & helpful at check in. The lounge on the 2nd floor does get loud on weekends but we didn’t notice the noise in our 3rd floor room. It is an older hotel that has had a much needed facelift. Our room was clean, beds comfy, and quiet. Several electrical outlets did not work or were too loose to hold phone chargers. Breakfast was great~ waffles, fruit, danish, biscuits & gravy, juice, milk, yogurt, ham/sausafe-were some of options. Kitchen staff were quick to replenish food...

'I did not eat breakfast as I did not want to chance it. The bed sheets and the couch had stains on them. The room had a strange odor, as if someone had been smoking in it. The person under my room had a motorcycle and parked it in his room at night —an overall terrible experience. DO NOT stay here. '
