Booked non smoking. Confirmation says non smoking. Expedia says non smoking. Quality inn says smoking and they can't do anything to help. And there smoking rooms are more than cigarettes.

The term handicap accessible should mean more than a door wide enough to allow a wheelchair to pass through. Door to the bathroom opened into a bed preventing full opening. Shower had a ski ramp in the opening. Very unpleasant stay.

The first room they put me in, which was supposed to be a non-smoking room, reeked of marijuana smell. The second room, although smelling fine, had uncleaned trash on the floor and cockroaches in the room.

Yuck!
This was one of the dirtiest places I have ever stayed. The floors were so filthy the dog wouldn't even lay on them. There was gross stuff stuck to the wall in the shower, tv, phone, and most lamps did not work. It was Christmas Eve and there was not a lot of options or we would have left. Not a good stay at all.

Worst hotel experience I had!
I called the property at 930pm to tell them i would be arriving near midnight. The clerk told me no problem see you then. My wife and i arrived just before midnight after driving from south Florida. No clerk in the lobby and the lobby wide open. We called the phone number to the property no answer. We called Quality Inn customer service who then tried to contact someone at the property and no answer. We called hotels.com to getthem to help. They too tried calling all phone numbers associated with the property, and still no answer. A homeless manwas sleeping in a chair in the lobby we were there for an hour before we abandoned all hope of accessing our booked room and went to a different hotel. I have used hotels.com and have stayed at some sub par locations but this one takes the cake. I recommend you book elsewhere and don't waste your time with this location. In fact let me roccemend the Baymont by Windham that was more than accomadating to a travelling couple at 1am.

Bath faucet was broken and running all night. PTAC units were set so you can never turn off the high pitch squeak. Inscence sticks and ash were scattered in front of the ac unit and the chair. And, the ac unit put out so much condensation that you walk thru the puddles just before walking down the slippery steps. Who decided to paint the concrete? It was so slippery on those steps.

This motel says it's pet friendly. I paid the 15/night. It was me and my kids and our dog. My partner was meeting us later. Kids wanted to go to the pool and we were told you can't leave dogs unattended in room. The sign for the pool said no dogs in the pool, not the pool area. I got yelled at for having a dog in the pool area. I asked what am I supposed to do with my dog and he said "I don't know what to tell you". I ended up having to put my dog in the car so my kids could swim. The pool had bugs in it. The area surrounding the pool had junk all over the place. The least of their concerns should be my dog. The room also only had tiny towels. The hot water ran out and the shower and sink drains got clogged and wouldn't drain very well. There was a fishy odor coming from them as well. I won't stay here again. I did like that it's beside a pizza place that we enjoyed thoroughly. The price does reflect the experience so I'll keep that in mind next time.

Unfortunately we had to deal with a large biker group who were there to celebrate and were quite loud. It was disappointing that the room did not have better noise reduction as conversations outside were hard as if the people were in the room.
