The Knotty Bear is a perfect mountain cabin for a small family! Nestled in the pines, cozy up in this sweet little 2 bedroom plus kids' loft, 1 bath cabin situated on 1/2 acre just off Main Street, located in the heart of Greer. The popular Greer Trail is just down the street and is within easy walking/biking distance to local events, shops and only 300 yards from the Little Colorado River.

THE SPACE:
The Knotty Bear Cabin is secluded, providing guests with privacy and the ultimate opportunity to experience the great outdoors without compacted parking, close cabin proximity or noisy resort activities. Why not experience Greer as it was meant to be enjoyed? Peace, quiet and the opportunity to relax in the seclusion of a private cabin! Knotty Bear is pet friendly and includes a dog run. Please remember, Knotty Bear is a non-smoking cabin! We provide bed linens, towels, toiletries, SOME paper products, trash bags & dish soap. Our kitchen is stocked with basic needs to prepare and serve a family meal. We also provide a backup of ground coffee, sugar, creamer & tea. K-cup brewer & pods available upon request but there is a regular coffee brewer and a tea kettle there. We have a mid-size fridge, four-burner electric range/oven, microwave & drying rack for dishes. The bathroom has a full-size tub/shower, toilet and vanity with storage. Both bedrooms have rods w/ hangers and storage with a chair and luggage rack. The loft has a low ceiling, so it is great for kids to sleep or play games. The ladder may be dangerous for small children. Our fireplace is converted to an electric heater that provides cabin ambiance but is safe and clean. Each room has a heater also. We provide propane for the modern gas grill on the porch, grill tools, foil and plastic wrap.

GUEST ACCESS:
You are welcome to use our full property but please respect our neighbors by keeping dogs leashed at all times when outdoors and NO campfires on the property.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
We now have Netflix, Hulu, DISNEY+ & more on our streaming TV with ROKU. Turn the power on to the TV with the SAMSUNG remote and use the ROKU remote to access channels. You can sign in to your personal accounts using the ROKU remote. We also have a small collection of family friendly DVDs you can view, and more DVDs and family friendly games are available for rental from the Cabin Butler office.
