'Overall, the stay was great. Location is perfect for walking around downtown Raleigh. The room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The front desk and housekeeping staff were above and beyond when it came to requesting extra towels and sundries (coffee, cups, etc.) and telling us about local information. 'There is no staff on-site. Check-in and property access is via text and a code box. The code did not work for me, even with multiple attempts and variations. Once in the room, a key fob will let you get into the building with no problem. This property is a maze of short corridors and fire doors. 'My biggest complaint about this hotel was the fact that they have a barn door style door for the bathroom and on both sides it does not go flush with the wall and sticks out a good inch 2 inch and a half. There’s no privacy there’s not even an exhaust fan in the bathroom.
