The reason for the four stars was because of a couple things. 1. The hot tub usage clause that came up after we booked the home and right before we had check-in. The clause is not written anywhere - but here it is.... if you use the hot tub Allen or Cory wanted to be notified by 10 a.m. the next morning and then the spa...

'There were mice everywhere. We could not leave anything on the counter. The shower did not work. It was scalding hot or freezing cold.'

'A false insurance claim was made for extra cleaning, because they saw us with a cigarette on the ring camera. They charged a 500.00 extra cleaning charge, however no one EVER smoked anywhere inside. Was a totally bogus claim. '
