- A 16 m² east-facing living room with a dining area and a corner sofa that doubles as a sofa bed.
- A fully-equipped kitchenette with electric kettle, oven, toaster, hob, etc.

First floor:
- A bedroom with 3 single beds, one of which is a pull-out bed
- A bathroom with bath
- Separate WC.

Outside:
- A 10m² terrace with furniture and an enclosed garden in the co-ownership, facing east, to make the most of the fine weather.

To help you make the most of your stay, the owner also provides snowshoes and sledges.

The flat is ideally located in Gresse-en-Vercors, in a very pleasant environment with direct access to nature. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
