Welcome to Rifugio di Greve in Chianti, a newly renovated home in the heart of Chianti Classico, just a short walk from the historic main square of Greve in Chianti.
The apartment combines Tuscan charm—with exposed beams and terracotta floors—with an exclusive private garden, perfect for relaxing outdoors. Included is an authentic experience with a complimentary wine testing at the family-run Casanuova di Ama winery. Ideal for couples, families, and small groups of up to 4 guests.
Here you’ll experience authentic Tuscany: a stay surrounded by stone, terracotta, and exposed beams, in the heart of one of Chianti’s most picturesque villages, with all amenities, restaurants, and wine bars within walking distance.

Also included is a free wine testing at the family-run winery “Casanuova di Ama,” a historic Chianti Classico estate that has been in operation since the 1960s. The winery is nestled among vineyards with views of the hills leading up to Ama Castle and offers an authentic experience, far from the mass tourist circuits.

The Rifugio di Greve in Chianti is located just a few meters from Greve’s main square and is a perfect starting point for easily visiting:
- the Chianti Classico hills
- Florence and Siena
- San Gimignano and the medieval villages
- numerous wineries and scenic roads

Paid public parking is available along the street (€1.00/hour - €6.00/day); however, overnight from 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m., it is free.
There is a free parking lot (Via Mantegazza) a 2-minute walk from the apartment; I’ll give you detailed directions on how to get there.
