'My stay at Craig-y-Dderwen Riverside Hotel was absolutely wonderful. The setting alone makes it special - nestled right along the river, surrounded by beautiful scenery that immediately makes you slow down and relax. 'I wasn’t going to leave a bad review, as I know it can be bad for business. Instead I raised a complaint through my travel provider, they contacted adventure parc to investigate. Unfortunately I didn’t get as much as an apology from adventure parc, so have decided to review. Our pod was full of mould, during the wet weather, rainwater seeped through the wood. I noticed mould high up on arrival but didn’t notice the mould at low level where I slept until the morning, by then we were checking out,...
