'Only negative is the third bed was not made and we had only 2 sets of towels. After asking we tot the art of towels and linnen but had to make the bed ourself'

'Ken wood Inn and Spa is absolutely breathtaking! The hotel gives you Italy vibes. The views are spectacular. The free breakfast every morning is delicious! Can’t forget about the Mimosa Bar that’s included with your free breakfast. They offer daily free wine tastings from 5-6pm. It’s a great time to meet people staying at the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel. I can’t wait to come back!'

'We enjoyed this hotel the most out of the three nice hotels we stayed at this week. Only disappointed that the pool was being serviced and closed the day we arrived- but the spa & pool were both open next day. The beds & pillows are great-! breakfast choices are perfect for fueling up for the day- maid staff are all sweet & helpful. The Inn is in a great central location. We'll be back ! Their extra bathrooms in the lobby by pool are helpful. The owner & manager are SO helpful & pleasant...

'Property was clean. Decent breakfast but on one of the days supplies ran out (e.g almond milk was over, some of the toppings for oat meal were over and they didn't refill). Slight noise from freeway in early mornings - probably an issue for light sleepers. They had a couple of spots for charging your EV, which I thought was nice. Overall good stay, scope to improve a few things, probably will visit again if I come to this place.'

'Great Mattress/Pillows. Clean Room. TV did not work. A bit Noisy due to proximately of Cal-101 Freeway. Check-in staff was outstanding. Price point was about right with the exception of the two aforementioned problems TV and freeway noise.'

'This property is very well maintained and close to downtown Napa (under 12 min drive). This is my second time staying and possibly one of the busiest times. There were 2 weddings and 1 conference taking place at the same time. I had 2 issues that were not handled well and both pretty significant issues. I was told management would follow up with me and that never happened. I know with these 3 events staffing and customer service can be delayed for the other guests, so I was trying to be...

'Room was really clean and beds were comfy. Parking was easy and convenient. The room we stayed in had a really nice vanity area to get ready at with a lighted mirror. Would stay here again.'

'The property is fabulous and the staff could not be nicer. The only downside is the noise. It is located on the square and there was large groups and activities with band on stages that you can definitely hear well. After the concert we had blowers and clean up people until 230 am and to top off the noise the trash truck shows up at 530. Great hotel and staff just bring good ear plugs'

'The hotel was charming and had a boutique, bed-and-breakfast feel. They offered a complimentary breakfast, which was delightful and delicious. The staff were friendly and always checked to see if our room needed refreshing. The room was cozy and comfortable, although the carpet could have been cleaner, and the shower could use some improvement. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely return.'
