'Oskana and Elena were absolutely great. They offered good advice and made everything very simple. It was a delight staying here. Only regret was we didn't stay longer. The ocean view was unmatched and at the same time it allowed an amazing back drop of the city. '

'We started out our vacation at this hotel and it could not have been a better start. They were very welcoming. We arrived a couple of hours before check-in, but they prepared the room for us so we could check in immediately. The staff was extremely nice and helpfull. The room was great and very clean, and the view was amazing. The breakfast was also great. It was prepared for us fresh every day and it was different each time. Would recommend.'

'Onwijs goed, schoon, rustig en vriendelijk personeel. Niet vaak zo goed meegemaakt'

'Heel mooi en goed gelegen hotel. Lekker eten ook in de taverne. Op wandelafstand van de zee'

'Het zijn schone kamers en het hotel bevind zich op een fijne locatie. Het is er rustig, maar je hebt wel alles in de buurt. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De bedden zijn aan de harde kant, maar wij kregen een extra topmatras waardoor het prima te doen was. Wij zouden het hotel in de toekomst zeker nog eens boeken!'

'Ons verblijf was uitstekend! Vooral de service was goed. Bijna alle activiteiten werden voor ons geregeld via het hotel. In de avond konden we gezellig een cocktail drinken bij het zwembad en lekker kletsen met het personeel. '

'Hotel are in the wonderfull location along the caldera. We had a luxury suite as like a villa with nice views from balcony. The bathroom tub has spa jets is appreciated. The breakfast was good and the reception desk is so kind: thanks mr. Wagellis. Overall the service was pleasant so kind and helpfull....'

'Zefi Hotel is located close to the center and offers all facilities. The rooms are spacious and very clean. It offers everything you need both from a facilities and service side. The pool is nice too. Only two towels for a short period of time is something I would change, but understandable given the environment and it being an island. Thanks for having me!'

'The location was absolutely fantastic, the staff was extremely helpful, and the room was exceptionally clean. The only negative was the very tiny shower, which would be very tough for a larger person to use. Plus, the shower curtain was too short, so we needed 2-3 extra towels from the pool, to clean up the water on the floor. Even with that - we would definitely stay here again. Great place!'

"Prachtig groot resort. Veel faciliteiten. Heerlijk ontbijtbuffet. Jammer dat ze geen niet rokers sectie hebben. Wij hadden rokende buren waardoor wij minder gebruik konden maken van ons terras. Een blok met enkel niet rokende gasten moet makkelijk kunnen als je zo groot bent. Maar verder heerlijk verblijf gehad."
