'I would highly recommend the room with the whirlpool! Very convenient location! Check in person was rude and talked on his personal cellphone, so the process took way longer than it needed to.'

'Wish the pool towels were available outside the 1st-floor rooms or in the rooms. Had to go out, then to the end of the walkway to get a towel, then go all the way back to the chairs outside the room. Didn't seem like a lot until you do it a couple of times a day. Could offer a robe to keep if wanted. Spend over $600.00, and they offer you nothing for free, not even bottled water. seems a bit unappreciated when you can pick any hotel to stay at. What is bringing me back here?'

'The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient. It was clean. I loved the bathroom, it was so big! The shower and sink were cool and modern which also were very nice and clean.I did not like the weird two sided small trashcan that stilll had trash in it in the room. I would still stay here again though. Thanks for a great stay!'

Really liking the new updated designs and there seems to be a good effort at most properties. This was had really incredible staff. And the people that maintain the food in the am were great. The housekeeping staff at this location really seems to go above and beyond. They were always visible cleaning common areas and very friendly. Which brings be to the only down side at...

'We stayed for the World Cup and this hotel was amazing. The staff was so friendly and the hotel was very clean. The room was big and the breakfast was great quality. Would definitely stay here again!'

'Only thing was a girl in a see through light pink short sports bra top and staff didn’t make them change. This girl was a minor and should’ve not be seen what you could see. A teen at that and always mugging other kids cause they accidentally splashed her and she would splash back but with rage in her then last night I had to complain cause it was so loud running in walkways or stairs after 11 and continued till later made it hard to sleep. I told security. It continued for another half hour....

'This was a terrible experience. Reservation was originally for 3 nights, ended up staying only 1 night. Reserved 2 rooms, 1 room had to change because of the room smelling strongly of black mold and black mold being on the ceiling, walls and shower. Left the next morning because of mold being in the shower. Hallway also smelled weird and of mold. Would absolutely not be staying at this hotel ever again. Staff has also been unhelpful in resolving this matter and gave me a miscellaneous...
