'The Golden Stone Inn is within walking distance of many restaurants and shops in West Yellowstone but it is an oasis in the midst of the crowds. It’s super close to the park entrance as well. Cory and his staff are extraordinary. They make every effort to create a comfortable, welcoming and relaxing stay for their guests. We loved the breakfast every morning. We had a fantastic dinner at Madison Crossing Lounge which is a short walk from the Inn. '

'West yellowstone is een leuk stadje en de cabins zijn een prima keuze. Cabins zijn van alle gemakken voorzien. Goede bedden. Prima badkamer. De fire pits zijn erg leuk! Alleen een cabin met 2 bedden en maar 1 stoel? Dat is een beetje vreemd! Zeker als je 350 euro per nacht betaald.'

Upon early arrival, the staff was very gracious and accommodating in providing us with a room on the first floor (a change request based on a knee injury). The room was nice with a very comfortable bed and a great bathroom with double showers & sinks! The included breakfast was very well put together and the staff was amazing throughout… we will stay here again!'

'Nicely renovated and very clean! The only suggestion I could have is installing minisplit units instead of window shaker type. The window shaker is loud and you have to increase the volume of the TV to hear when is on. Otherwise, this is a very nice property.'

'Nice roomy room with fridge and a coffee maker. Comfortable bed and pillows. Ice machine had plenty of ice. AC kept it comfortable. You could walk to stuff but it’s .3-.5 mile away. So convenient but after a long day of hiking a little too far. But only a short drive. My room was on the street so there was street noise, but they provide ear plugs and an in room noise machine. '

The town is very unassuming a lot of small businesses, not many chain stores or restaurants. We came at the end of season mid October so some places were closed or it was their last day before closing for winter. I will definitely recommend this place for friends who want to visit the area. "Goed motel, ideaal net buiten de westelijke entree van Yellowstone NP.
Kamers zijn simpel maar netjes en schoon, parkeren is gratis en voldoende.
Enig minpuntje voor ons was dat de kamer per abuis reeds aan andere gasten was gegeven, door gastvrouw netjes en snel opgelost met een gelijkwaardige kamer.
