As we had to pay for the diner we asked the girl the Bill she came with a Bill for the room But we wanted to pay it directly. 'Great place to relax and use as base when starting trip in Pretoria area. Service was super efficient and attentive without being intrusive. Communication was equally great with both Wilma and Jolene prior to arrival and they were amazingly accommodating when I had issues with reservation at another property for Christmas day and needed to check-in a day early (truly saved the day) '

Helen found us alternative accommodation for two nights, which I feel was not quite on par with what we received at J'Cups. We spent 1 night with J'Cups and then two nights with another accommodation and then two nights again with J'Cups. 'This is a great spot if you are attending a concert at Sunbet Arena - only a 5 min (safe) walk from the venue. Restaurants are about a 3 min walk at Times Square.
The hotel itself is very clean and modern. Check-in was quick and efficient with friendly staff on reception. Room was spacious, light and airy with sufficient plates, cutlery, etc and even a washer/dryer.
Unfortunately we did not get a chance to use any of the facilities or to enjoy breakfast as it was just a quick visit. Parking...
