'Loved plenty of parking, room cleaned every day and breakfast included. Would love to have a few throw pillows and blankets in the living area. Would love to have coffee in the lobby earlier than 7:30.'

'This Hilton Garden Inn stands out for its convenient location and friendly staff. They were very accommodating when we asked for a roll away bed last minute. Good place if visiting Northwestern'

'Perfect hotel, only minus was that internet signal was sometimes not sting. Maybe because I was at the 11th floor Breakfast was good value for money, however plenty of breakfast alternatives around. '

'I like that it had a balcony food choice wasn’t my type of style end up ordering food off of site but definitely had all the amenities for you to be ready for the next day. Will be staying again little bit pricey for a short weekend stay but I will definitely be coming back. Very great part of the town hope to own my own own home in this place one day.'

'Great place to stay! Breakfast was pretty good, with a great selection. Wonderful location, clean and quiet.'

'Rooms were nice and spacious. Nice having the rooftop bar and lounge. Food eas really delicious from the restaurant and the breakfast buffet. Would stay again'

'The bathroom has no exhaust fan. Interestingly enough the Cook county code requires all residential and commercial bathrooms to have exhaust fans. Also, the staff falsely charged my incidentals for some water they were selling in the lobby and I pointed that out so they had to remove the charge.'

'Clean room easy shuttle access to airport'

'Very comfortable room and excellent customer service'

'What an absolutely remarkable place! It genuinely feels as though a beautiful piece of historic Italy has been transported into this Chicago neighborhood. The architecture, thoughtfully selected ornate decor, warmth, and attention to detail create an atmosphere that is both elegant and incredibly welcoming. This is not simply a place to stay. It is an experience. And then there is Gina! Her hospitality is in a class of its own. From preparing a wonderful breakfast to serving homemade banana...

'Mooi, niet al te groot hotel in Chicago met veel restaurants etc in de buurt. Kamers waren aan de kleine kant maar netjes. Bedden waren wel te zacht. Bad om in te douchen is ook niet meer van deze tijd. Weinig ruimte om je spullen en handdoeken op te hangen in badkamer. Verder ontbijt in Somerset was prima a la carte. Personeel uiterst vriendelijk. '

'Got welcomed with kind and generous. Stayed 2 nights. Breakfast was okay, parking lot in front very little amount but they do have a parking garage next to the property very easily accessible. $100 deposit- Parking isn’t free also. But overall stay was nice'
