The gently sloping private beach is accessible directly from the resort, making it ideal for families with small children. The well-equipped beach features a bar, lounge chairs, and umbrellas available for rent, as well as plenty of space for guests who prefer to relax on the open, gently sloping sandy beach. During the peak season, the Marze vacation village offers a fantastic entertainment program with games, activities, and performances both during the day and in the evening. Sports enthusiasts will also find plenty to enjoy here: volleyball courts, ping-pong, a large swimming pool, horseback riding opportunities, and a nearby surf school. These trails wind through the lush pine forest and connect the towns along the coast.<br>The Lodge Maremma AGGIT mobile home is partially shaded and accommodates 4 people; it features a bedroom with a double bed and a children’s room with two single beds. The living room features a well-equipped kitchenette with a stove, dishes, pots, and cutlery, as well as a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The bathroom is equipped with a sink, a toilet, and a shower. The patio area with a table and chairs is perfect for relaxing, while the children can play on the playground or by the pool. Barbecuing is permitted at the vacation village’s public barbecue areas. The drive from the Italian border takes approximately 4.5 hours. Note: If you need more than one unit, this is usually possible with us, as we have several units of the same style.<br>ARRIVAL DATE + LENGTH OF STAY<br>Please refer to the calendar for the arrival and departure dates as well as the minimum length of stay during your desired season.
