Located on the 1st floor (without elevator), it is composed of a nice living room of 25 m², an open fully equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a shower room and a terrace where you can enjoy the view. We are waiting for you !

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 25 m² with TV, Wifi (optical fiber), sofa bed (double) and armchairs.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190).
- A bathroom with shower.
- A separate toilet.

Outside :
- A terrace of about 9 m² with electric awning, facing west with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

For even more comfort : double glazing, barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron.

The apartment is ideally located in Porticcio, in a very pleasant environment within a residence raised with Mediterranean plants, in the peace. You will be close to all the essential shops (about 7 minutes on foot) but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- Visit of Ajaccio : old town, port, museums, tastings, markets...
- Hikes on the Sanguinaire Islands, on the banks of the Tolla Lake on foot or by bike.
