Located on the first floor, it consists of a nice living room of 35 m², a fully equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a bathroom and a garden of about 200 m². Sheets and towels in supplement, we wait for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A bright living room of 35 m² with TV, Wifi, double sofa bed, armchair and dining area
- A kitchen, open on the living room, equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates...
- A bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet

For even more comfort : washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.

Outside :
- A terrace of 20 m² with garden furniture to take your meals in the open air
- A private and closed garden of about 200 m², with trees and deckchairs to enjoy the beautiful days.

The apartment is ideally located in Grosseto-Prugna, on the shores of the Gulf of Ajaccio, in the town of Porticcio, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. You will be close to all the essential shops but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- The cleaning at the end of the stay includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
