The Space:

This modern tiny house proves just how much comfort is possible in a small space. It sleeps 4 people as standard – but if you all get on well, it can also accommodate up to 6 guests.

• Large veranda wrapping around three sides, complete with barbecue facilities

• Inviting living area with a cosy wood-burning stove

• Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer and hob

• Two cosy sleeping lofts with double beds for a total of 4 people

Thanks to our key deposit service, your arrival is completely hassle-free and contactless, giving you maximum flexibility regarding your arrival time. Once you have completed online check-in and submitted a photo of your ID, we will send you all the details you need for your journey.

Pets are not permitted in this tiny house.

NOTE ON THE PROPERTY:

Our historic four-sided farmstead is being lovingly renovated step by step. Some outdoor areas are still under construction – without affecting your stay.



The swimming pond is a natural body of water. During the warm summer months, the water quality may vary – this is simply part and parcel of a genuine natural pond.



Interaction with Guests:

We are available every day from 8 am to 8 pm. There is almost always someone on site at Hexenburg should you need any help. Riding lessons can also be arranged at short notice directly with our riding instructor.
