'Julia was een echte gastvrouw zoals je altijd zou willen. De schoonmaak service verraste ons, zo goed. Heerlijke huiskamerachtige sfeer en een perfecte loft. Ronald achter de bar was ook correct en keurig. Echt helemaal top hier!'

'Would def stay again. Note that there is no AC in this hotel. They do provide a fan but it was quite warm even with. Kudos for doing their best given the heat.

'Me and my friend booked this place as it was quite close to where we shared a house as students 6 years ago and the charm was the same, for us it was a familiar and comfortable stay - the staff were lovely and helpful too, rooms were very nice and it was great value for the pricing.
If you don't mind a shared shower, toilets and kitchen area, definitely give it a go.
My one critique of the house was that the door locks were a little finicky, a few times me and a few other guests got stuck...

'On arrival no staff just a pin number sent to access room. On entering i sat on mattress and nearly fell through as its so thin and missing so many springs plus springs went straight into bottom. The tiny light on wall had no bulb in and was rusty and dirty. Room was dirty no wonder it was £30 for a night'

My collegue's sky light had no blinds so day light flooded her room at 5 in the morning. And when we got downstairs on the first morning it appeared that we hadn't booked breakfast. I thought the whole concept of a B&B was that the second B stands for breakfast. But we had great breakfasts in town, so no harm done but never returning again. "

Ga terug in de tijd en beleef hoe het dagelijkse leven van de Normandiërs en Tudors eruitzag in Southampton bij een van de meest belangrijke historische attracties in de stad.
