'Clean room'

'My wife and I just returned home from our stay at the Princess Mangrove on the adult side. We stayed from 10/6 to 10/12. The reason was to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary. I can honestly say the resort is well worth visiting. Upon our arrival we were met with a warm greeting, offered a cold towel and cocktail. As we checked in, I mentioned we were celebrating our anniversary. That night the resort surprised us with a bottle of champagne and a nice dessert with a congrats message. ...

'Staff was amazing and made the entire stay worthwhile. Everyone was kind, friendly, and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and fun. Can't say enough good things'

'Our concierge staff member Adoni was super helpful. He made sure we got reservations for the restaurants and assisted with any needs while we were on the resort. He really went above and beyond and answered all our questions. The food was pretty good. I would avoid doing room service unless you missed the lunch/dinner timings. The swim out pool was great for when we wanted to get in the water but not go out. '

'Dit hotel is echt geen aanrader omdat we teleurgesteld waren in heel wat zaken: heel onvriendelijk personeel, meerdere liften waren defect tijdens ons verblijf en werden niet hersteld, we kregen niet genoeg handdoeken voor 3 volwassenen en we moesten hier meermaals om vragen op verschillende dagen, de ijsmachine die in de buurt van onze kamer stond maakte een verschrikkelijk geluid wat heel lastig was gedurende de nacht, we hadden een lek in het toilet zodat er water op ons druppelde, we moesten...
