'Good experience as usual. Third time staying in this hotel. But there’s always space to improve:: 1. The internet was failing and it was almost impossible to watch tv. 2. The service in the pool area has to improve, we basically had to get out of the water to go inside the bar and ask for food or drinks. Ironically, beach servers were faster. In general, beautiful place to rest and enjoy vacations!'

'I had a wonderful stay at El Convento. The hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous, with so much charm and character. The location couldn’t have been better—everything was within walking distance, and I felt very safe exploring the area. The staff was small but incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience feel even more personal. I highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting; it’s the perfect spot to enjoy both comfort and convenience. '

'Stijlvol romantisch hotel in het midden van Oud San Juan, alles op loopafstand. Erg leuk dakterras met badkuipen :) Iets totaal anders dan de grote ketens, maar zeker een aanrader, zou zo terug willen'
