'We went for Lollapalooza and it was a really great location - just accross the street. I didn't love the check in process as you check in yourself on tablets (there is someone to help if you need it though), but the tablet just kept freezing and I had to go to the next one after having tried a few times on the first tablet. Other than that, this is a great location really close to downtown and museums. About 1 mile from Navy Pier and the Magnificent Mile but if you don't feel like walking that...

'Excellent experience staying at 1 hotel. Very clean hotel and very attentive staff with easy communication via text. Loud neighbours partying in middle of night next door keeping us up but as soon as we notified the hotel staff they ensured the problem was resolved quickly. '
