'The truth is I got everything I wanted at the hotel but a good night's sleep. The people are helpful. The amenities are great. The rooms are large. But it's a creaky old noisy hotel, and the clomping on the floors above my room kept me awake half the night on multiple nights. Bad guests upstairs? Probably, but a properly built hotel would have deadened some of that noise. Shame, I really wanted to like it.'

'Restoration Asheville is an exceptional Hotel. We were greeted with an enthusiastic Hello at the Front Desk and she accommodated an early check-in, which was much appreciated. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We booked a room for Disabilities so the bathroom was spacious and the shower was large; really appreciated the removable shower spray. 'Blind Tiger was very charming; the interiors were funky, rooms expansive and garden immaculate. However it felt more like a cute air bnb sans kitchen, than a boutique hotel experience. After checking in, there’s no service personnel that you interact with. More bathroom storage/surface area could have been helpful.
