'This property is beautiful. We stayed here on a whim because we were just too tired to keep driving after a day at Yosemite. 2 small things. There was no creamers in the sugar/ creamer container in the room and someone else’s hair piled up in the shower drain. Small things yes but for a hotel that charges $800 a night it’s those little details that are important. The food was okay. The amenities are pretty awesome otherwise. It’s resort prices for anything extra so be prepared to spend.'

'Physically the property was pretty just like the on line pics. The rooms lacked storage and for the high price no water or tv was provided. The wait staff was slow and lacked training. As an example, was told the restaurant didn’t offer a latte, but I was free to go Nextdoor to their shop, purchase one and bring it back to the restaurant. That makes no sense as a trained professional would have run over, got the drink and added the cost to your bill. The staff was friendly, but lacked the skills...
