Ideal stay just outside of Yosemite
This was a great place to spend a weekend with friends outside of Yosemite. Clean property, well-stocked with utensils and pots/pans for breakfast spreads and dinner plans. Heed the warnings about the driveway, particularly if you drive a manual car - you may stall out trying to park.

Great Trip!
This house was great for our family - teenager, 3 year old, 3 month old, and dog. Plenty of space and very comfortable! Kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Great location for walks with the family and close to lake, golf course, and local store.

Spacious home, but the driveway is nightmare. Also poor/lack of communication with manager.
This place is managed by a company, so if you need to contact someone, good luck with that. I had tried contacting management a couple times prior to our arrival, but had no luck. The pictures of the place are misleading. This property needs photos of the exterior as well. If we had known of the driveway, we wouldn't have booked this place. It's mentioned in their description, which we've seen before we booked, but they didn't mention HOW steep it really is. I'd still wouldn't want to drive my AWD up that steep driveway. To give you somewhat an idea of how steep, that driveway is sloped at a ~70 degree angle (literally almost perpendicular to street). AND to add to this, the main street is also at an incline. So you have an uphill incline of the street in addition to a steep driveway. Management gave us outdated info. Before we arrived, they mentioned in their description that amenities in the community are closed due to COVID-19 restrictions, which is entirely not true. The lake was open to temporary guests. Will not recommend this place. Will not book again.

Lovely, comfortable home to vacation at. We enjoyed exploring Yosemite and being able to return to a comfy home. Also enjoyed the Pine Mountain Lake amenities.

Not worth the money.
The driveway was indeed very steep. I would not try to walk down the driveway. The yards could use some improvements. The weeds and and burrs are not good for dogs. Especially furry ones. We are not tech savvy so no television for us as we were not familiar with Roku and I didn’t see instructions. NOT WORTH THE MONEY!

Exploring Pine Mountain Lake
The property is perfect for 2 couples and 2 dogs! Although there is no place to let your dog out and roam and take a potty break. The porch is fabulous with plenty of room to have dinner, play cards. Nearby to Iron Door Saloon and Groveland Hotel to watch the Warriors win! Beauty abounds in natural swimming holes at Rainbow Pools.

Family trip to Yosemite
Nice house in great neighborhood, surrounded with golf fields. I counted 8 sleeping beds, but on the page it says 10, maybe owner provides air bed. We traveled with our friends total 7 people, there were more than enough space for us. Floor is loud when you walk, it squeaks a lot. Other than this awesome house. We really enjoyed staying there. Would definitely recommend. And don’t be scared to park, you’re gonna be fine ;)

Incorrect and missing information
Overall, the house was nice. But there definitely are not what I would call beds for 10. There is 1 king size, 1 queen size, 2 twins, a pull out mattress, and two recliner type seats. That does NOT count as sleeping arrangements for 10. Also, there is a $40 extra parking fee PER CAR that should be stated before you purchase the vrbo. It was also $5 more than stated in a later email. The house is sparsely stocked, and missing quite a few items that I consider normal for a vrbo to have. Overall, it was a nice place. If these things were corrected, I would go there again.

Nice, but two huge obstacles...
Very nice property... location awesome, but... 1) internet is not just spotty, as the ad says, it's unusable for more than 1 person. MAX 6mbs dl... we had to leave early for this reason alone. 2) it says AWD required all year round, but even if you have it, tires spin out, and it's a real challenge to park! 3) this place NO WAY sleeps 10. Don't even try. 8 MAX. 4) $40 for parking even though you see so many prices ($25, $30, $35 thruout the notes, which really needs fixing. Would not stay here again.

Property ID should read large home vs cozy cabin.
Very nice accommodations - however the difficulty of the driveway was "under-stated"! A friendly neighbor finally showed us the trick. Also, there could be more information - maybe warning - regarding availability and use of internet and media - although they encouraged tenants to 'unplug'. That being said - beautiful home, very good beds, quiet setting, beautiful walking areas, inviting lake, but house seemed cavernous for just two people - wouldn't refer to it as a cozy cabin. Great family retreat!

Amazing rental close to Yosemite
I stayed here for 3 nights with a few friends, doing day trips each day to Yosemite. It was about a 45ish minute drive to the main visitor center. The rental was exactly what we were looking for. It was absolutely spotless when we got in, and had everything we needed, including towels, mini soap and shampoos, and a ton of DVDs. 10/10 would recommend!

Nice Place, Need better Response from Vacasa Property Management Co.
We rented this place to celebrate my husband’s birthday week. The place was nice, spacious, enough room for 8 people. However, we had ta few issues: 1) Our names weren’t given to the front gate so we had to call the property management co., The front gate person told us they often have this same problem with Vacasa other rental properties. 2) When we arrived in front of the property, there were couple garbage bags that were left out but we didn’t think any of it because we thought by end of the day, they would be taken away. Well they were still there the next day so the animals had gotten into them. We called Vacasa and they took care of that. 2) There were no additional garbage bags nor enough bath towels for 8 people at the house and we were staying for 7 days. We called again......several times and each time they told us we’d be taken care of but nothing happened until I went on Yelp and gave my review of Vacasa Property Management. Next day we got garbage bags but no towels. I’m not sure we’d rent any other properties that are managed by Vacasa in the future.

House very nice, Yard & Driveway not so nice
The house was very nicely maintained. Everything we needed was there including bowls for our dachshund. The yard was non-existent, 3 foot wide space in back, gravel covered and a gravel/branch covered front yard. Driveway was VERY steep, our SUV front end scraped on every entrance and exit. Could barely climb up the driveway. Lots of steps in entrance.

Hello Tom- We are glad that you enjoyed your stay despite the couple downsides that you had described. We always try to make our guests as comfortable and as happy as possible. That said, we cannot do a whole lot about the yard or the steep driveway. However, we will make sure we communicate this better on our listing site so that there is no confusion.
