Villa Kave by Villas Guide

The luxurious villa Kave is located in the serene village of Martinčići near Grožnjan, in the northwest of Istria. With an interior area of 299 m², the villa consists of 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating 14 people. It is ideal for vacations with family and friends. The villa's sophisticated interior boasts a private bar, and the expansive garden offers various spots to relax with loved ones. Soak up the views while relaxing by the heated pool or in the jacuzzi and, thanks to the summer kitchen, enjoy preparing specialities in the fragrant Mediterranean air. Guests have access to private parking for up to 6 vehicles.



On the ground floor there is an open plan living area. There is a living room, a dining room and a bar, while the kitchen is in the adjoining room. The lovely union of modern minimalism and traditional Mediterranean style creates a delightful atmosphere. Because of light colours, the area feels spacious. The furniture is of the highest quality. You'll see stone and wood features, such as wooden beams in the ceiling. A large sofa dominates the living room, perfect for a group movie night with the smart TV. Underfloor heating is available in every room of the villa, amplifying your enjoyment. The unique dining table for 14 will delight all guests, and the fireplace adds a special atmosphere. In the neighbouring corner of the ground floor, there's a bar with a drinks fridge, a sink, and a counter with high stools - where every party in the villa will kick off and where you can put your cocktail making skills to the test. The contemporary kitchen with an induction hob is wholly furnished with kitchenware and appliances.



There's 1 bedroom on the ground floor, and 5 on the first floor. They all have light, minimal decor to make a perfect setting for relaxation. Each air-conditioned room has a private bathroom, underfloor heating, and a TV. Three of them come with a balcony, that has tables and chairs to enjoy the view in privacy. The ground bedroom is furnished with twin beds, while all other rooms have double beds. One bedroom on the first floor includes 2 extra sleeping places - a single bed and a pull-out sofa. You will feel equally at ease in the simple bathrooms with wooden accents. They have walk-in showers and personal hygiene items, and you are welcome to use bathrobes and hairdryers.



As well as the sophisticated interior of the villa, the 1999 m² garden and its amenities will take your holiday experience to a new level. The 50 m² swimming pool is a great place to socialise, relax and have fun in the summer, and can be heated at an extra charge. Chill out with a cocktail on one of the deckchairs on the sun terrace. The covered lounge area is perfect for enjoying your loved ones’ company. Next to the pool is a separate unit with a wellness area, at your disposal at any time of the day. Unwind at your leisure in the sauna or hot tub with a picturesque vista, and completely rejuvenate. A roofed summer kitchen with an electric barbecue allows you to prepare al fresco meals that can be enjoyed at an outdoor dining table.



Vila Kave is located near the town of Grožnjan, famous for its charm and art history, which is why it's called the town of artists. Here you can take a leisurely stroll and experience the enchanting atmosphere of numerous artistic events. For nature lovers, the Butori abyss and waterfall set in a fairytale forest is just a 15-minute drive away. Head to the delightful town of Novigrad on the peninsula's west coast and enjoy a refreshing swim on the pristine beaches.
