This single storey villa features a lovely outdoor covered terrace overlooking the pool and a large garden with stunning countryside views. There are several restaurants in the nearby town of Grozjan, all within a few minutes’ drive. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all bedrooms and the lounge are included.

Villa Principe is located in Perici village, in the Istrian countryside. The area is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. The nearby Medieval town of Groznjan is few minutes’ drive away, where you can visit some of the local art galleries or simply enjoy a meal or cocktail at one of the restaurants or bars. The resort of Novigrad is 25 minutes' drive and the popular resort of Porec is also just under 40 minutes’ drive away. Here you will find a plethora of restaurants, cafes and souvenir shops. The nearest beach of Karpinjan is around 20 minutes’ drive away.
