Spanning 80 square meters, the apartment features a living room with a dining area, a spacious bedroom with a double bed, a reading room overlooking the garden, and, if needed, a separate bedroom (for snorers). In the fully equipped kitchen, you’ll find everything you could possibly need for your stay. Adjacent to the apartment is your private terrace with a view of the orchard. The apartment was completely renovated and refurnished in 2015. No smoking—no pets.

Located right on the dike, the Alte Land region is home to our 5-star-rated Haus Helgoland. Located near the Elbe River, you’re just 450 meters from the Lühe ferry terminal. The “Unterland” vacation apartment is on the first floor, and the “Oberland” apartment with a view of the Elbe is on the upper floor.
There is currently a construction site in the neighborhood.
