In the restaurant at dinner (2nd November) he greeted all other guests, but coming to our table, looked us up and down rather disparagingly, and didn't even say good evening. My husband and I are in our late 60s, perfectly dressed, and are not used to being insulted in this way. The rest of the staff were a delight!'
