The Space

This entire rental unit is designed for up to 4 guests, offering a quiet retreat in the heart of the city. The home features a private entrance and convenient self check-in via keypad, making arrivals simple at any hour. A single level layout with no stairs in the home creates easy flow throughout the space, and an elevator in the building adds additional convenience.



Sleeping Arrangements

The home accommodates up to four guests across two bedrooms. You’ll find bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and room-darkening shades to help you rest well. Clothing storage, hangers, and a safe are also provided for keeping your belongings organized and secure.



Bathrooms & Essentials

Two full bathrooms make mornings and evenings more comfortable, whether you’re traveling with family or friends. Bathroom essentials are provided, along with towels, hot water, and a hair dryer.



Kitchen & Dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at home, with the convenience of a refrigerator, mini fridge, stove, and microwave. A dining table offers a comfortable spot for everything from morning coffee to dinner after exploring the city.

Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards. Guests staying with us for more than 2 nights will be allowed to access the pool. For shorter stays, only the gym is available, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation. Check In is done from the lobby. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the door, since it is an electronic gate. Staff will be able to receive you from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host). Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and to notify your host. *Check In time for reservations made the same day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.

Getting Around:

We have a private transportation service with additional cost that is available for you to move around the city with ease.



If you wish to hire it, it is important that you request it at least 15 hours in advance in order to coordinate it properly.



You can also use the cab service or platforms such as Uber.
