'The host was very friendly. We had a fluent check-in. The room could use an update, but everything is there and it is clean. Full breakfast was complimentary and inclused home-made pastries. We had dinner across the street as recommended by the host and loved it.'

'Can’t beat the location of this small motel. We could see the surf from our room. But the rest of our stay was a bit disappointing. Tiny room with hardly enough room for our two suitcases, a snack bag in stead of the advertised fresh breakfast, a bed that had definitely seen better days and VERY thin walls. We could hear every word said by the neighbours. We were glad we’d only booked for one night. '

'Beautiful house, right on the sea with sweeping views of the Pacific. You can enjoy the beautiful sunsets from the hot tub, the back yard, or right from the living room/bedrooms. The house is nicely updated with a cozy charm. The charming towns of Gualala and Sea Ranch are easily accessible from the property.'

'Enjoyed our stay in this spacious house and property with nice amenities. Host was responsive via messages and phone for a minor issue we had with getting the BBQ grill hot enough. Close to the grocery store, Sea Ranch beaches, and river in Gualala. Thanks!'

'delicious breakfast. Biscuits and gravy with sausage. Other options include waffles,toast, fruit, boiled eggs ect staff is always great, kind, friendly and professional. Happy and Noni are always there to help and answer questions. Pool and hot tub are very clean with a BBQ area. Rooms have been very clean with no issues. House keeping does a great job . Thank you for another great stay. '

'The location is fantastic, with a spectacular view on the lake if you choose a lakeview. A very genuine welcome from The Ranch team, with all detailed explanations, a map to help you to navigate around. For our first time going camping, we want definitely to come back there !'
