Jonathan, the host, felt immediately like family and his primary concern was for our safety and floated the possibility that he would move us to a space that wasn't so high up in the mountains and exposed to the elements. We didn't end up having to do that, but it was nice to know that was an option in case it was...

We walked a lot to both White Bay and Great Harbor. It probably took about 10-15 minutes. The best part was how quiet it was. We could not hear a noise other than the goats and wind. So relaxing.'

'The "Top of the Hill" description of the property was spot-on! Absolutely stunning view! We were able to enjoy the view from the deck at the back of the property. Alfreda and her family were so kind and went out of their way to welcome us and assured that we made it down the "hill" without issue.
