Volledig strandhuis met zwembad met uitzicht op de Caribische Zee

Bedankt voor uw interesse in ons eigendom, Casa Ballena is een compleet strandhuis. Het kijkt uit over de Caribische Zee, heeft weelderige groene gazons, een privézwembad en een overvloed aan gebladerte, waardoor dit een oase is in het droge bos van de zuidkust van Puerto Rico. Dit is een thuis weg van huis; een plek om wakker te worden met de geur van verse koffie en chocolade. Begin de dag met een duik in het zwembad of croquet op het gazon voor een dag vol zon.

Het strandhuis is ideaal voor langzame diners als de zon ondergaat, omdat de keuken volledig is uitgerust voor liefhebbers van koken. Geniet van privacy en veiligheid, want de hele omtrek van het terrein is omheind, met de hoofdpoort open door toegang op afstand.

Het huis heeft een stylsh en toch ongedwongen Caribische inrichting en zeer comfortabel. Het is uitgerust met beddengoed, tafellinnen, badlinnen, een zwembad, professioneel aangelegde tuinen, back-upwatervoorziening en sterk split-unit airconditioningsystemen. House heeft master suite met ligbad, walk-in closet en volledig uitzicht op de Caribische Zee. Twee extra slaapkamers en een ander complete badkamer bevinden zich buiten de centrale hal. Grote kamer en keuken kijken uit op de zee. Er zijn drie aparte patio's / terrassen om te dineren. Er is een klein appartement aan het zwembad op het terrein, alleen beschikbaar voor de familie die het hoofdgebouw huurt. Het is ideaal voor een extra gast, tienerkinderen / vrienden of een oppas.

We had an amazing stay! The house was absolutely beautiful – spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. It had everything we needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to comfortable beds and cozy living areas. The location was excellent – peaceful yet close to everything. But the real highlight was the view… absolutely stunning! Waking up to that scenery every morning was unforgettable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

Our family visiting from Texas and some of our locals’ stayed over to avoid the noises from NYE and have a pleasant overlooking at the sea. Casa Ballena didn’t disappoint. Starting with the quietness of the community, the gorgeous views, the lush landscape and well appointed interiors felt truly special. We did the pool daily, visited Playa Ballena, and some of the hidden beaches nearby. We ate brunch at Dolche Salao which is 20 mins away at Yauco, and had dinner at La Parguera’s restaurants, as well as at Umami at Guanica, which was delicious with great local service. This region has some of the best service we have experienced in the island. I want to share that we were there during the big blackout in PR, however we couldn’t even tell since their power generator kicked in and powered almost the entire home. The owners were highly diligent and secured the unit provided service when needed the most, and that it powered the master bedroom and living room’s AC Inverters. Overall, our family is unanimous: we are coming back to Casa Ballena.

Gaze away your days…

Stunning views… feel relaxed just from watching the sunrises, sunsets, and late night star gazing. Location is amazing and for the price, space, and sense of security… you get what you pay for. To be honest, the property is definitely outdated. Beds are uncomfortable. The master bedroom has a bed that feels like a seesaw when you or your partner decide to roll over in the middle of the night. Intimacy/privacy can be a challenge when the master bedroom door doesn’t lock and you’re traveling with your kids and parents. Although the kitchen is well equipped, the burners on the stove are finicky. There’s a leak under the kitchen sink. Linens are provided and clean but stained from visitors from a time long forgotten… mattresses cause more back pain than relaxation. Deck roof leaks when it rains so watch where you sit while watching any rain storms pass by! The property manager, Jeffrey, was absolutely amazing to work with. He is very attentive, cares about his neighborhood and the services provided. Takes excellent care of the property with the resources that he is provided with by the property owners. Yes, I would stay here again but now know to set my expectations a bit lower.

Les recomiendo que en el area de la piscina tengan más alumbramiento, cuando se va el sol es muy oscuro. Dar mantenimiento a las camas o cambiarlas ya están un poco deterioradas. Beautiful, quite and far away from all

The place is just as the photos show. The downstairs needs a lot of updates, the appliances are a bit rusty but all the appliances work well. The AC is great and really cools off the place. The only thing is that the location is very far away from everything so make sure you bring enough food to avoid back and forth trips thru the only road to get there which is very narrow and basically driving thru dangerous cliffs. The area is very quite and it felt like being on a spiritual retreat…. Very relaxing. Overall the stay was good and the property manager is great!!

Guanica South beaches the best.

Amazing view, nice spot. House was comfortable and big enough for a large group. Needs a little of upgrade. Common area big enough. All around nice place to stay and enjoy the view. Near a lot of beaches and nice house pool. Equipped with all the house appliances.

Amazing location, home is a little dated but very accommodating, has everything you need for a beautiful vacation, prime location and plenty of beautiful water views and amenities , the property manager Jeffery is an amazing host , care taker and boat guide , he will address your every need and go out of his way to make your vacation spectacular! Great escape!

This place was excellent, the owner was very helpful and friendly. The view is spectacular for evening dinners and morning coffee. Sitting by the pool with cold beverages during the day with a constant breeze just makes it that much more peaceful and enjoyable. Great place!

Tremendo lugar para relajarse

Nuestra estadía fue inolvidable. La casa es acogedora, tiene todo lo necesario para pasarla bien y relajarse. La piscina es tremenda para terminar el día de playa. La terraza con vista al mar es excelente para cenar y pasarla bien. El administrador de la propiedad fue excelente, muy amable y siempre pendiente por si necesitábamos algo. Ya estamos planificando la próxima estadía en Casa Ballena.

Not worth the price

Our overall stay was nice, we were not at the property most of the time. However, there are many things that need to be fixed with the property. The kitchen sink has a bowl under it because the right side leaks bad. The hall bathroom has no shower head. Due to the earthquakes, the power is not great. We lost power almost everyday, but at least there is a generator. Our stay was overall nice, the pool was great, however, for the price, the owner should take better care of the property.

Buen lugar

La casa ballena tiene lo necesario para pasar unas buenas vacaciones. La piscina es excelente y la cocina tiene lo necesario para cocinar si no deseas salir de la casa. Los aires de todos los cuartos y sala funcionaban bien. Le falta cariño a la estructura. El exterior de la casa necesita pintura, la madera del balcón debe restaurarse al igual que el apartamento . La casa necesita puertas con cerraduras y limpiar los escrines . Las puertas que dan acceso a la casa no tienen cerradura y si deseas salir no hay manera de cerrar la casa. El administrador Jeffry muy amable y siempre disponible
