Important Information

Unaccompanied minors must send parental authorization with notarized signature, identification documents of the guardians, and the minor's birth certificate or ID card via message to the host. Without this, entry will be prohibited according to current legislation.

Our parking space is in the building across the street; you just have to cross the road.

We accept 1 small pet per reservation, provided it is accustomed to relieving itself in the appropriate place. There is an additional fee for pets, which must be included in the total number of guests. The guest is responsible for any damage, with a possible charge of R$300 for cleaning upholstery and carpets.

Our apartment has 2 bedrooms, one of which is a suite. We have a queen-size bed in the master bedroom, and a queen-size bed with a single bed in the second bedroom. We also have mattresses that can be placed on the floor. Our maximum capacity is 6 people, as required by the condominium. Under no circumstances will a number greater than this be accepted.

Our guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment. We have 2 parking spaces in the building across from ours. After booking and before your arrival, you will receive an explanatory video on how to access the parking spaces.
