'The beds were so high I wasn't able to get on. I hesitated to drink anything in fear to have getting off the bed and I'd have try to get on the bed. Being handicapped this was not the appropriate room due to have the bed so high and the staff was aware. Then the toilet was so low that I felt I was going to fall and there were no rails to grab hold. The back of my thighs hurt because of the toilet seat was very uncomfortable.'

'The shower was dirty with hair, dirt and grime. The floor was unleveled where the carpet met the laminate floor. Very easy to stub toe. Fridge still smelled like the previous persons food. Walls were not sound proof, could hear almost everything from neighbors. The beds were nice and not squeaky.'

'The rooms are clean, but the beds... The beds are amazing to sleep on. I have never slept so well on a hotel bed. The area is safe and no homeless around the property, like other hotels in the area. 'Staf was extremely friendly and greeting you even as passing through the lobby. Staff was very helpful and accommodating dispite being fully booked due to local event. All in all was a very nice place to stay lots to do around there within very reasonable drive times tons of food options around and major pmus hotel has a bar which was very nice, excellent place to stay i came in from the bay area so deffiently helps having a nice place to stay and shop around and etc.'
