Family Vacation
It was beautiful view and very nice staf, good breakfast,comfortable rooms and they have good transportation with the Toc Tocs to town. I recommend this place.

Hotel muy agradable
Es un hotel muy agradable. Cómodo. Lo hacen sentir a uno como en casa. Y se siente uno como en la región paisa pero sin perder comodidad.

Magnificent location-casitas near la piedra
The staff was very helpful and the location was beautiful. Room and bath were OK and breakfast wasn’t great. However suspect it’s the best or one of the best in Guatape which was definitely worth visiting

Excelente ubicación, las instalaciones muy bonitas y el personal muy atento y amable! Solo que no tienen agua caliente.

Muy buenas noches. Agradecemos su comentario y lo tendremos en cuenta para futuras reservas pero me gustaria que por favor informara un poco más acerca de su estancia ya que normalmente siempre está funcionando el agua caliente en todas las cabañas y habitaciones del Hotel. Por favor comentar si informó del problema a recepcion y qué respuesta se le dio, ya que como le dije antes, todas las habitaciones y cabañas del complejo poseen el servicio. Muchas gracias de nuevo y esperamos tenerle de nuevo con nosotros, que tenga un buen dia.

Wonderful views
Located on a crest of a hill is is in a wonderful location. We had beautiful views of the sunset. The check-in was efficient and there were several front desk agents that spoke English. The cabins were decently equipped and had all the basics. Breakfast was simple but adequate. Keep in mind if you don't have your own car it is quite a steep hike up to the hotel. It was easy to get tuk-tuks into Guatape but they wouldn't drive to the top of the hill on the return as they don't have enough power to make it up there.
