Werd in de avond opgehaald op het vliegveld en netjes naar het hotel gebracht, Goede, snelle en vriendelijke incheck. Volgende ochtend vroeg weer netjes naar het vliegveld gebracht. De kamers zijn goed standaard ingericht, maar goed voor een nacht

Handige en goede B&B vlakbij intern. vleigveld
Handig gelegen vlakbij het vliegveld, 24 uur receptie en veiligheid. Het heeft alles wat je voor een korte nacht nodig heb als je laat aankomt of de volgende dag weer weg vliegt. Je wordt opgehaald en gebracht naar het vliegveld.

¡Tuvimos un robo de 2 mil pesos mexicanos! Al salir de la habitacion por la noche. A pesar de que nos llevamos la llave. Al volver dijimos que se “habian caido por ahi” esperando darles la oportunidad de que dijeran; “Ah si, los hayamos”. Dijeron que checarian las camaras, nos avisarian. Pero estoy segura de que si checan las mismas, veran quien entro a nuestra habitacion en nuestra ausencia. Es muy curioso porque no se llevaron la tarjeta bancaria y un anillo de oro que habia en el mismo lugar. ¿Que paso? Nos encantaria que se aclarara el hecho con camara. Al llegar no hubo agua. La chica de recepcion que nos recibio, la más amable del mundo sin duda.

Lamentamos profundamente que su estancia no haya cumplido con sus expectativas, sin embargo, aclarando su mensaje, la indicación que usted nos dio el día que regreso por su equipaje al hotel, fue que al salir del hotel el día del check out (que fue un día antes) usted olvido el dinero en la habitación en la mesa debajo de la televisión. Nunca menciono que el dinero lo extravío durante su estancia, nosotros tenemos la política de reportar a recepción cualquier objeto que ustedes como huésped olviden al haber realizado la salida de la habitación. Sin embargo, no se encontró ningún objeto al momento de la limpieza, tomando en cuenta que era dinero. Siempre recomendamos a los huéspedes revisar la habitación antes de su partida para ayudarte a evitar olvidos y a garantizar una experiencia sin contratiempos durante su estadía con nosotros.Una vez más, agradecemos por sus comentarios, estamos a la orden.

The property is Nice and clean, staff is helpful and kind, the rooms are clean. I would definitely come back. The only thing I didn’t like is that it didn’t have air conditioning in the room or at least a fan, cause I got hot at night and that that I left the windows opened.

El ruido fue demasiado durante la noche, a las 2am sonaba un taladro, gente haciendo check-in, todos hablando súper duro a esas horas incluido el staff, fue un escándalo toda la noche! El staff no es muy amable y el desayuno nos lo dieron incompleto pero no dijimos nada porque ya habían durado un montón preparándolo. Terrible.

We arrived to GC late and didn’t feel comfortable travelling all the way to Antigua in the dark. We chose this hotel because of its excellent location. The hotel provided a transfer service from the airport to the hotel for $15 USD. A man had our name on a piece of paper and we quickly were escorted to the vehicle. It was maybe a 3 minute drive and we arrived at the hotel. As two young female travellers we were a bit nervous but we had no reason to be as all the hotel staff were incredibly kind and helpful. As a VIP member we were offered a cold drink upon arrival. Our room was clean and bright and just what we needed after a long day of travel from Canada. The next morning we enjoyed our included breakfast in a bright and colourful dining room. Although the kitchen staff didn’t speak English we were able to get by on our limited Spanish. The breakfast menu had a small but excellent selection to choose from. There were extras that you could purchase as well. The front desk staff allowed us to stay in the garden area after checkout while we waited for our shuttle to Antigua. Unfortunately our shuttle was 40 minutes late, however the staff were incredibly helpful and contacted the company for us to find out more information. Thank you so much William!!!! Gracias!!! As well, an excellent price point for us and value for money. Would definitely stay again. Ps I do believe you can walk or uber to the hotel from the airport.

Premièrement, l’emplacement est super pour être proche de l’aéroport. Par contre, je ne crois pas que le statut vip expédia sert à quelque chose. Nous avons eu une chambre situé directement dans la salle à manger, entre la cuisine et la salle à manger. Le matin quand on ouvre la porte on fait face aux tables à manger. De plus la fenêtre de la chambre donne directement dans la cuisine où les cuisinières placotent sans cesse à partir de 04:30 du matin. Aucune tranquillité , chambre placée à un endroit inconcevable, très déçue … que dire de l’approche Expédia : service VIP.. surclassement, rien de cela n’arrive jamais dans aucun établissement, aussi bien réserver directement sur le site de l’hôtel. Ça fait des années que je réserve avec votre plate-forme et vous n’offrez jamais rien en échange de la loyauté. Très décevant.

I would go back!
This hotel is small. The hotel is clean. It has hot water . The breakfast is very good. The price is great. The only downside I seen is that there is no air conditioner. Although, the fans we were given were more than enough
