The ideal place for a quiet and relaxing stay, as a couple or a small group of three friends, with private access to the beach, in a modern and newly decorated one-bedroom apartment, with spectacular views and full of natural light, you can enjoy from all the lush green of Juan Dolio, views of the Caribbean Sea, and all the most cosmopolitan fishing town in the Dominican Republic.

With everything you need to make your stay full of comfort and peace.

In a building with few apartments, and not very busy, you can enjoy an extremely relaxing stay, in this spacious one-bedroom apartment with two balconies to enjoy a pleasant conversation at sunset overlooking the pool and the greenery of Juan Dolio, or enjoy morning coffee outdoors. The place is discreet and cozy.

Guests have private access to the beach, with a key that will be in the accommodation with vehicle access control that must be left inside the apartment when checking out. They have access to the pool, jacuzzi, laundry area for the BBQ, they must request it in advance according to availability.

We will leave you a key and a vehicle access control inside the accommodation for you to use during your stay.

There is no beach furniture, you must consume or rent tables or chairs, but the sand is free and you can throw in the towel!

There is only one grill for the condo, you must reserve it in advance.
