Pet Rules:
✔️ Pets must always be kept on a leash
If the pet is small, it may be carried by its owner.
✔️ Pets may never be allowed to roam freely in the building
✔️ If the pet is not well-trained or is very aggressive, it is essential that it wear a muzzle when going outside.
✔️ Do not allow pets on furniture or in bed.
✔️ Bring your own pet bed if your pet requires one.
✔️ Pets must relieve themselves outside the building; it is important to pick up after them using a bag.

✔️ Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
✔️ Parties and events are not allowed.
✔️ Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the room and throughout the building.
✔️ Do not leave trash outside the suite
✔️ Do not walk through the hallways in a swimsuit, shirtless, barefoot, or with alcoholic beverages.
✔️ Do not hang clothes out the windows.
✔️ Before checking out, please turn off the air conditioning and all other appliances.
✔️ Guests are not permitted; only the people listed on the reservation may be inside the property.
✔️ Guests are strictly prohibited from entering the common areas (access is only permitted for stays of 1 month or longer)
✔️ You will be charged for any sheets or towels returned with stains. ($20 each).
