The KERSEL gîte is a charming holiday cottage converted from a 17th-century farmhouse and renovated in 2024 in partnership with the Heritage Foundation. It is attached to another rental property and located near the owners' house. The cottage is nestled in the heart of the salt-worker village of Clis, just 4 km from Guérande and 4.5 km from La Turballe.

Private parking is available on the property. Secure bicycle storage is available upon request.

There is a private outdoor area (south-facing) and a shared 2000 m² garden.

Ground floor (accessible by one step): fitted kitchen opening onto a living/dining room (wood-burning stove).

Upstairs: 1 bedroom (180x200 cm bed), shower room, separate WC.

Amenities included: Wi-Fi, cot/high chair, cleaning kit (paper towels, toilet paper, tea towels, dish soap, sponges, etc.). All inclusive: electricity, electric heating + wood, bed linen (beds made upon arrival), towels, end-of-stay cleaning.
