'El servicio al cliente de Fatima sobrepasó las expectativas de nuestro estadia. Logré realizarle un picnic espectacular frente al mar llevando yo todo y Fatima me logró dar acceso a bajar todo en el area y el picnic quedó a otro nivel.'

'Un lugar centrico en Mayagüez, puedes ir caminando a la panaderia mas cercana, restaurantes y plaza pública. Tiene estacionamiento. El personal te trata con mucha amabilidad, respeto y cortesía. Las habitaciones en perfecto estado al igual que la posada. Pero digo en perfectas condiciones es q no tiene pintura en mal estado ni nada. Es increible. Te brindan hielo, te dan cafe en la mañana, siempre hay alguien 24/7. Puedes dormir tranquilo pq te sientes seguro y no hay ruido que moleste a pesar...

'The view is definitely awesome, is literally steps from the beach. The beach is for surfing not suitable for swimming (lot of currents). The room is very outdated, need more plugs example where the coffee maker is placed. Theres is one for three appliances so you need to disconnect one to use the other. For the price I’ve paid I expected more. Because it is an expedia offer they give you the old rooms. Which is not fair.'

'Very disappointed with the hotel room. It was clear to see that they don't clean the rooms in years. Room floors, walls, beds, shower were all visibly dirty.. besides being dated. Even the AC unit had 2 inches of dust, curtains stained brown. The staff was pleasant at the small restaurant.'

'Hotel room was very clean and modern. All rooms have drying rack on the patio for swimsuits. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Pool was perfect for all ages. Food was delicious and cocktails drinks are in point. . Great location near beaches. Near plaza for night life.'

'Figured we'd stay in Mayagüez for a night and then head over to some waterfalls in the general area. I don't usually gravitate towards hotel chains, but the island is still on the mend from the storm of '17 and earthquake of '20, and Holiday Inn is doing a pretty good job of presenting well maintained and comfortable properties around the island. Bed was comfortable, room and facilities were in good shape, and it was easy access to grab a bite to eat in town. I'd stay there again.'

'Very clean, helpful staff, working mini fridge and microwave. easily and quick access to the sea. The mattress topper was uncomfortable. Limited hot water in the shower, but manageable. Thin walls. I really appreciated the terrace lounge chairs. Food and bars in walking distance.'
