'The boutique Hotel is absolutely excellent! The location, the room and the service is always impeccable. The room is cozy, comfortable and clean. The shower is fantastic. All of the services exceed any expectations. This is an absolutely wonderful destination stay. This is the only, only place we stay in the area.'

'Tub was dirty and since my phone is off the WiFi wasn’t working in the room I would have to step outside my room to get connected to their WiFi but it was comfortable and clean looking besides the tub which makes me wonder if that tub not clean then I’m sure they half ass the rest to make it look decent'

'There was grass or bugs in our bed and we moved hotels. It was a terrible place to stay. Front desk was terrible, especially when they swap shifts.'

'Grote kamers met grote badkamer. Buffet in het hotel was goed. Personeel niet zo vriendelijk daar. Tv was kapot, werd gelijk een nieuwe gehaald. Je krijgt korting met de play card. Ook krijg je 5 dollar om te spelen.'

'Very friendly staff, very helpful for old folks in a digital world. Quick access to the beaches or east/west I10. Pool was very clean, nice sized, and plenty of chairs with umbrellas. Plenty of pool towels were available in the pool area.'

'Room was clean and easy check-in/out. Easy covered parking. No security and it’s far too easy for any person to access all floors which is dangerous and unsafe when at a hotel that caters to families with small children. Every area was understaffed and mostly with inexperienced employees. Outside snack areas and restaurants were understaffed and well, and there was no poolside service the entire stay. Disappointed.'
