'We only stayed one night, but the property was beautiful, the owners were pleasant and respectful, and the animals (two dogs and two ponies) were sweet and playful. This stay was exactly what we needed for a break during our 20-day road trip.'

'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Zoe‘s place. There was lots of room for us to spread out and have our own private spaces, as well as a large living room for gathering together.'

'Very clean and had everything we needed but not what we expected. Didn't realize it was a basement apartment where the family was living upstairs. Could definately hear noises and footsteps from above, but it didn't keep us from sleeping or anything. It all worked out, but wish we had known when we booked.'

'Everything that was in the instructions corresponds to reality. It was very nice that there were some products and absolutely all the dishes in the boxes, so I could cook any food for the child in any form. Gorgeous view, friendly atmosphere and close access to the beach near the lake, where my family enjoyed a wonderful holiday. Evening barbecue in a cozy corner in the backyard brought a pleasant highlight. Thank you very much for the cleanliness, comfort and hospitality. We will definitely...

'We thoroughly enjoyed our stayed at this property. The house had everything we needed and the owner was very quick to respond to all messages. He even delivered a stepstool when we inquired about one. I would give this owner and property 10 stars if I could! The house is about 20 minutes drive from the swarts bay ferry and about 25 minutes from down town Victoria. '

'Quiet…very well appointed decor. No television. There is a …Microwave small bar fridge lots of supplies coffee tea and condiments …except no hand wash dish liquid. Used hand liquid soap dispenser in bathroom to wash some dishes and mugs. No heat or A/C control in the room. Sink used was the bathroom sink. To fill coffee dispenser and kettle. Lots of assorted bedding … bed was absolutely dreamy very comfortable and well appointed. Lots of pillows and bedding …there is an iron and iron board and...

'Property was exactly as advertised. Hosts communicated clearly, answered our questions promptly, and accommodated requests. Perfect for 4 adults and 2 children to attend a wedding in Victoria. Thanks also for the complimentary wine! We would certainly return given the chance.'

"Loopafstand van downtown. Kamer prima,fijne bedden en zeer schoon. Personeel receptie vriendelijk. Personeel restaurant onprettige benadering,tafel in achteraf hoekje naast bar is niet echt sfeervol tafelen met alle werkgeluiden om je heen."

"Staff is very friendly and helpful, nice shopping center nearby and connecting by bus to Downtown is great. Room is small but clean and kitchenette is nice. However inside hotel is noisy and outside the hotel needs some maintenance. The part of the building with Restaurant and liquid Store looks Expired. "

"een luxe lokatie met een hoge prijs. heeft geen horeca dus je moet de stad in voor eten. Alles is wel op loopafstand en het hotel bevindt zich in de betere wijk van victoria. Leuk voor kinderen ivm zwembad en dakterras. suites zijn ruim en goed ingericht."
