Sandpiper is een complex met een lage dichtheid en drie verdiepingen. Het unieke gebouw in V-vorm en de gedeelde wandelgang voor het gemeenschappelijke gedeelte voor elk appartement biedt een vriendelijke manier om de sfeer van uw buren te leren kennen. Familiebijeenkomsten, grote groepen mensen die samen reizen en individuele gezinnen kiezen vaak voor dit pand. De tropische binnenplaats, het zwembad en de barbecueplaatsen geven Sandpiper een geheel eigen ambiance. Het is een zeer gevraagde woning en heeft de meest terugkerende gasten.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay. We enjoyed the complex. Loved the top floor and access to the stairs/elevator. Very well kept. Everything was organized. I only wish we a more involved list of appliances in the unit, like crock pot, so we didn’t have to pack it. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay! We will be coming back : )

Exceeded expectations in Gulf Shores

We came for the NCAA beach volleyball championships - so needed a place close to the main beach and courts - we also needed two beds two bathrooms and a comfy place to hang out between games! This was the perfect location - quiet - right on the gorgeous beach - as well as a beach front pool - but the condo itself was absolutely darling and perfectly clean! Everything felt brand new - the decor was beachy and cute, two rooms with comfy king size beds and their own bathrooms - which were updated with fun tile and design! They had beach chairs - umbrellas - charging stations an extra blankets - when we got there the AC was on which was refreshing coming off a humid hot volleyball court :). We were able to cook our own meals - had every thing we needed to prepare meals which was awesome. We had constant communication from property and couldn’t have asked for anything more! We are hotel people but I’ve changed my mind after this stay. I felt like I was in my own beach house - it was so gorgeous inside. I will also say - from the outside of the condo - I wasn’t expecting it to be so pretty and remodeled on the inside! It all felt brand new!

Sandpiper Condo 10C - Great Condo & location

Condo was wonderful and clean. We did find 2 cockroaches right before we left. The other condos were rented by several large groups of families with so many small children. It was VERY loud! They ran up and down the hallways like they owned the entire building. Location was great. close to beach and local amenities.

Trip was amazing, weather not so much.

this is our second time at Sandpiper and it never disappoints. We had an amazing time at the beach, when we could go. But, you cant control the weather. We had fun in the pool and in local shops and restaurants. This is our favorite place to visit. Everything is so close here.

Everything was exactly as it said it would be. Super close beach access. It is a pretty little place among giant hotels and condos. It’s very peaceful and charming. Will stay here again. Also, the staff was all super nice and made sure I had absolutely everything I needed way before I needed to worry about it. All positives.

The condo was clean and roomy, right on the beach. The beds were comfortable. There were several families in the complex and they were respectful of the property. We stayed during Spring Break and there wasn’t any real partying where we were, which was nice! We would stay here again!

One of the best vacations!

The property was clean and welcoming. There was plenty of linens. Decorations were very nice and not overbearing. The only complaint I have as well as the group was the furniture is not good for older people to low and deep. Also the furniture on the deck needs to be marked with the room number and there should be at least 4 chairs. Thank you!

A great time!

We had such a great time! Check in was easy. The condo was clean and well maintained. Our Keurig broke the first morning there and they had a brand new Keurig/coffee pot combo there within the hour. There were other families there with children, so my child was able to make new friends. Everyone was very friendly. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend the property to anyone wanting to vacation in the area.

Beach Vacation

Fantastic access to the beach, the condo was smaller but very functional for four people. The kitchen was well appointed and included a keurig as well as a standard coffee maker. TV is a smart TV, and we were able to log into our accounts. Beds were comfortable! Only complaint had nothing to do with the condo, for some reason this section of the beach does not allow shades over 7’x7’ close to the water but requires that they be kept back behind the storage boxes for the rental umbrellas and chairs. The beach patrol comes through several times per day to enforce this rule. Gulf Shores will lose tourists to the Florida beaches if they do not change this rule
