Good stay, better than a hotel, hotel. It's on the beach so it was great! It is not a condo! It was clean and plenty of room. Hotel with a separate bedroom. Our whole family of enjoyed our stay. The kids loved the bunk beds and secluded balcony. No laundry in the room but on the first floor( we didnt stay long enough to use). Plenty of stuff within walking distance.

The view was incredible! The condo is old and needs updating especially the bathroom. The elevator was extremely slow and was filled with students who had bags full of laundry so it took us forever to get up to our room. Once we got in our room, we did not have any towels or soap supplies as well as a parking pass that we had been told would be on the table. We feel a fee for this stay was more than it was worth.

The unit and all personnel (online and at the site) were universally friendly and helpful. The entire unit and its contents were clean and comfortable. The online reservation process was easy and convenient including the detailed explanation of all cost we would encounter, including parking, so there were no hidden fees. We definitely will return here.

Great time

We were there for beach volleyball championship - courts can be viewed from room! Location is great if you want to be by all the touristy stuff. Restaurants near by are good, can hear the music from balcony (we enjoyed it). Building is a little older so have to keep that in mind, but very clean.

Quick getaway

We had a great time at the Phoenix All Suites. Great location and nice area to ge able to walk to most things we wanted to do. The pool is really too small for this size property and the drain was stopped up in the bathroom.

Anniversary R&R

Our 4th anniversary trip to the gulf and this was the best trip. So close and convenient to shopping, Hangout, and the beach. No washer and dryer but that is not a deal breaker for us. Slept comfortably every night. We will definitely keep this condo in our saved trips to return.

Nice view and great location.

Everything was great, a nice location, it has its own beach access, cleanless. The only thing was the mattress were way too old and sofa bed was old and not comfty, parking lot and access was easy to find and the lady at the office was so nice and friendly.

Clean but not ideal

Property is older but very clean. We were surprised to Find that only one bed had a blanket. The others had sheets only and the pull out sofa, which was advertised as a bed, had NO SHEETS at all in the unit. We called the property manager only to find that they were “out of blankets”. Just seemed weird. The AC worked great tho. So that was a plus. No boardwalk out to the beach, so get ready to walk in sand the entire way. Pool Is long and skinny but was fine. The noise from club on property was soooo loud and all night :( That in itself is the reason for our lower rating.
